My wife took her coat here to be dry cleaned. She was charged £20. The day after collecting it she found that they had broken one of the buttons. She wasn't told this when she collected the coat even though she enquired about whether the stains had come out and was told by the guy there that they had and the coat was like new. When she called to tell them about the button, she was told by the person who answered the phone that he didn't usually work there and couldn't do anything about it. He refused to take a message and pass it on to someone else who could and refused to give his name. This man was extremely rude and my wife was very upset by him. I would recommend that you avoid these dry cleaners at all costs. I've given them 1 out of 5 because that's the minimum that you have to give in order to leave a review but they don't even deserve that. Im totally disgusted by the service here.
