25/03/2021 13:54Positives: Excellent service on two occasions from Howard Conrad with two separate battery replacements for two phones in the past couple of weeks. Very professional from drop-off to pick-up. Excellent communication on both occasions and the phones were returned in spotless condition. Good value for money with the added bonus of a two-year warranty on the new batteries. Follow up communication also excellent with an email check to ensure we were happy with the work carried out. Negatives: really nit-picking but the only minor negative issue was the on-line booking system which works perfectly on a Mac/PC laptop but repeatedly froze up on an iPhone for some reason. In fairness there is a warning on the website that this may happen. Overall a highly recommended business in Harrogate.
