The owner of the track still refuses to maintain it. He now also refuses to cut the hedge properly. It was planted too close to our boundary without even telling us and branches and suckers are now TWO feet on to our property. Seems he will give us permission to cut it.. Why the F++k should we cut his hedge , he is the recipient of the farm payments.

The owner of the access track ( not Rumbling Pots ) refuses to maintain it to a suitable standard and is stopping owners of Rumbling Pots repairing it. Also refusing to hand over liability insurance details in case of any damage to vehicles. It is a family home that sometimes has surplus firewood for sale just like if you had chickens you might sell a few eggs. It is not a business.
