Offering inclusive, bespoke, one to one treatments in Glasgow city centre as the catalyst to your vitality. Our clinic has taken special care to ensure that all bodies feel supported and safe. Paula (the clinic owner) occupies a 'bigger body' and is part of the LGBT community and as such has a deeper appreciation of some of the struggles we face. She ensures ALL therapists are aware of these potential barriers to care. We offer accredited, licenced acupuncture, sports and remedial massage, cupping (dry), pregnancy massage, abdominal massage and coaching. We specalise in pain management, care during pregnancy, hormonal imbalances: PCOS/endometriosis/PMT/menopausal issues, as well as mental health support for anxiety and depression.
