20/06/2018 10:34Terrible attitude by assistant 'Ann' . Asked for change of £20 (2x 5pounds& 10x1pounds) point blank refused. Company policy etc. When I questioned this saying other post offices have changed money for me, I was told again...company policy. Asked for the girls name (Ann) informed her I would complain as I think it wasnt a major ask. Greeted with a sacastic and childish .'byeeeeeeee' by 'Ann' as I left. Great service guys.
