03/01/2018 18:08I bought a handbag from Debenhams Trinity in Wakefield- the zip broke once so I exchanged with the receipt. The second bag’s zip then also broke and unfortunately I lost the receipt this second time around. Debenhams simply refuse to let me exchange even though it a faulty good and i had a bank statement as proof of purchase. Very poor!!!!
