    The wrost Costa I have ever been in, badly managed, staff are unable to make most of the drinks properly, tables are always covered in cups and plates and it is always cold. A few of the female staff attitute is also unacceptable. Four times I ordered a Mocca and they were all rotten. I think these staff need proper training. Shame on you Costa.
