09/10/2018 11:26We had an appointment booked for 11am but no one turned up or rung to cancel. Waited an hour before I called them to see where they were. They said nothing was in Isobel bright diary. However we have emails confirming the appointment and when we rang head office they knew about the appointment. Very poor service and will never consider them ever again.
