08/09/2018 13:19Purchased a sofa which was defective, received a replacement only for that to be defective too. Have asked for a refund as no longer have any confidence in purchasing from them and after 6 weeks of being led on I have still not received a satisfactory response. Do not purchase here as they obviously do not care about customer satisfaction.
