14/11/2018 08:59I pop into Timpson on archer road to enquire the cost of reheeling my worn shoes. Didn't have the shoes with me, so was describing and gestering the part I needed ...the man said "it's called a HEELS " with a bad attitude. I ask if it can be done within a day, he said with a sacarstic remark "I'm not here 12 hours". I got the feeling he didn't want my custom, wasn't approachable and customer friendly. So I will take my money elsewhere.
