    although the site looks nice I get flooded by the excess from the green estate land as they fail to keep the flood pools clear, I am a vunerable person and got no help whats so ever from the person I spoke to yestarday on the phone called grace, absolutely useless, they definatly don't care what the neighbours have to put up with from the site!!!!
