08/05/2016 09:55Such bad service! i took my friend to get a full set of acrylics done at this salon. we had booked an appointment. during the hour, they made us feel really really uncomfortable as they were clearly talking and laughing at us constantly and overtime we asked a question they mocked us in their language and laughed between themselves. even looking at them interacting with other customers showed us that they didn't have any respect for them. the guy doing my friends nails was so busy in watching the telly and talking to the other workers that he made one set of nails on one hand longer than the other hand! also, whilst he was applying the acrylics he hurt my friends hand and continued to blame her even though he was the one being extremely aggressive whilst filing! will not be returning as they clearly weren't enjoying there job and there prices were still more expensive than other better salons in the area

21/04/2016 14:20Some of the rudest staff I have ever come across, both aggressive and completely disrespectful to their clients. We've been back quite a few times as we thought the uncomfortable situations were a one off, but the rudeness of the staff has been consistent. I would like to point out that the two older men who work there are especially rude. Avoid at all costs. Working in customer service includes knowing how to put your clients at ease and make any treatment/experience a comfortable one. This is clearly not the case at Selsdon Nail Salon.
