28/09/2017 11:14I'm Benita regardsoe of 2 cygnet house south e14 6nt.i had a fall this morning in your shop by sliding on some water on the shop floor.the accident has been logged in your accident book.the manager told me to let you know if I need medical advice and I have and they have logged it on my medical records.there should have been a yellow warning ⚠ sign warning shoppers about the water on the floor,there was not.I have recently had surgery and the fall has not helped as I'm not healed inside.please make sure you put warning ⚠ signs up.thanks ???? 35an6b
