We have kickboxing classes at our London location based in the Bermondsey area of South East London. Sensei Stephon Billey is a WKA licensed, DBS checked and fully qualified 2nd Dan Kickboxing Instructor with The World Kickboxing & Karate Association. Our kickboxing classes are loved by the parents, children and adults that attend and people discover the massively satisfying and self-fulfilling journey to black belt and beyond. Whether your training goal is a weight management one, stress relief or confidence building, the varied UFS Kickboxing training programme can offer something for almost everyone.Our aim is to motivate, educate and inspire you to get fit and stay fit long term. We teach kickboxing similar to kids karate and mixed martial arts. Hiring a Personal Trainer/Martial Arts Instructor could be one of the best decisions you make.
