I am Elizabeth Twyman, a Person-centred counsellor at Seed of Hope Counselling offering well-being counselling to individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, infant loss, miscarriage and more. I offer a free, comfortable and relaxing space where you are heard and listened to without any judgement.
