Chose Miele centre as we had a large number of appliances needing replacing following a flood. As soon as they had our money the service was appalling. They failed to tell me when items would be delivered; failed to let me know one item wasn’t available through them until the day before it was crucial; I had to chase a refund which they said they would process but didn’t, holding on to a large sum of money for no reason. Also despite asking on numerous occasions I still don’t have a receipt for the items they managed to supply. Dale in particular was utterly useless and rarely did as asked or as he promised. Use AO they are more reliable with better customer service.
