Got a delivery from Café LaTours in Calderwood Square East Kilbride tonight. The food was cold, rice was burnt, and the chicken extremely dry. I phoned to complain and spoke to the young boy who answers the phone to be told the manager would phone me back.She did and boy did I get some amount of abuse, normally we go and collect the food but for the second time we decided to get it delivered, she said I was a liar as I didn't get food from them, she shouted at me that she wasn't the manager and talked right over the top of me. I am totally disgusted at the way I have been treated I have asked for a refund but whether I get it is to be seen .
