would never order from here again waited 50 minutes for it to be delivered plated all the food up was freezing cold wouldn’t of fed it to a animal!! so rang up to tell them the man was high rate blaming the delivery driver the shop is 5 mins away from me wasn’t his fault! he then hung the phone up rang them back again to be cut of again this happened 4 times! customer service was shocking!! so I put all the rotten freezing cold food back in the box and drove to the shop to complain he then eventually offered me some fresh food which I refused and asked for my money back which I got told basically to buzz off!! so after this they phone the police on me this order was for £30 so after the police came they gave me £10 and told us to go as we was leaving they all came owt the shopping screaming and shouting never met a group of more ignorant and self-centred people don’t care about customers all they care about is money! would highly recommended never to order from palace tandoori unless you want freezing cold food and don’t ever expect a refund you’ve got no hope
