The staff were extremely rude when me and my 64 year old nan got given the wrong amount of change and when we politley asked for the correct change we were tood that everything is correct in the till without letting us see and we had to take their word for it. We spent a £20 note on a deoderant and some wet wipes that came to about £2.50 and we were given £5 short back. Customer service is disgraceful in this shop and we were going to buy some ither products but we are never shopping here again it is a con. Taking money from an old lady and accusing her of pocketing the change it is wring and she has a bad heart and got very up tight about it all. Absolutely mortified at the behaviour of the staff in the shop.
