08/08/2018 21:52Very poor customer service. Large party of 27 booked for a Hen lunch, pre ordered food and then told on arrival that some items were not available. The Bride could only have her main as both starter and desert were unavailable. Token gesture of a bottle of fizz given but in view of the fact that they had been given plenty of notice of the food order, this was a very poor show.
