AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE!! Bad place. Really disappointed in this takeaway, terrible customer service. I used to go once a week as a regular customer, sometimes twice for a takeaway but not anymore!! They got my order wrong, refused to re deliver the correct one and made me drive back to them after i got home with wrong food. Yes, i had to go out to them, to fix there mistake! No money back, no apology. They couldnt care less about customers, we are just walking money. They said next time i go i could have discount, so i turn up today and they refuse discount. Very rude and they lied to me, they wouldnt even say sorry or offer a discount when they mucked up my food. You shouldnt make people fix your mistakes by driving back to takeaway, you have no respect. You just lost a regular customer and i am now using the other chinese every week and telling my friends. Your portions also got smaller and food not as nice. You lost out on roughly 1000 pounds a year due to this, as i ordered from you lots!! YOUR LOSS
