    Charged my elderly Auntie £120 + VAT to inform her the stain on her bathroom ceiling was coming from upstairs! Absolutely shocking!!! Whatever happened to being a decent human being? Life isn't all about greed. You're company is a prime example of everything that's wrong with humanity nowadays.
