I would just like to say "thank you " to Alin and his collegues at Costa on Middlebrook retail park for the way the situation was handled this afternoon around 2 ish when I spilt a full glass of hot chocolate over the table and on to the floor. Everyone was so polite and understanding - a new hot chocolate was made straight away for me and I found all the staff very helpful and friendly. They were a credit to your Company so thanks again.
