18/07/2019 13:28Left the car in twice for a service and twice the spark plugs not changed. I had asked if the plugs were changed and told they were. I only found out when the car ignition light came on the dashboard. I went to a different garage and the original Ford plugs were still there. To be lied to as blatant as that was not right as I always used them.
