06/08/2019 13:16Filled a loyalty card but trying to redeem was told the tand c meant I was required to spend £8.00 to get my £5.00 discount There is no mention to this on card but staff person said new cards are being printed and it will be on there I was embarrassed in front of the queue which had formed behind me I think this is out of order as no such notice was displayed I wanted a new mop bucket and bought a few other things to spend over my £5.00 , I was so embarrassed that after looking around to make up the shortfall I left my purchases and bought the bucket elsewhere I still have the voucher but feel it has been a really dishonest way to deal
