14/07/2017 18:06They were unable to clean my daughter's white satin dress properly (similar to a bridesmaid or wedding dress). Firstly, they didn't tell me it was still stained before I paid £15. Secondly, after I inspected it in-store and they acknowledged it was still stained, they didn't offer even a partial refund. They shouldn't charge for the service in these circumstances.
