Log burner fitted, unsatisfactorily. Had to get Hetas out , who have given us a written report to say the log burner is not fitted correctly. There are a number of issues, the end result being that the log burner has to be taken out and refitted correctly. Nigel the owner has failed to respond to letters from ourselves, and declined to be present for he Hetas inspection. Very disappointed in his attitude, and the fact that he has put our lives at risk. He fitted no carbon monoxide monitor, the burner is too close to the wall, and the flue outside rests on the guttering.
