24/11/2018 00:08Got a Daith piercing done 3 months ago. Initially all was fine but then when I had original bar changed to one with gems either end after 2 weeks the gem ball crumbled after a few days causing bar to fall out. It was at night so couldn’t get to shop so had to put original bar back in myself. Causing trauma now I have keloid bumps. They told me ithe bumps were a result of shampoo. Went back to see if they would put a ring in for me but they refused. Been back since as the crystal type end fell out of the end of original bar on both ends leaving the jewellery sharp. They did change it for me this time to a plastic bar with small metal balls either end. Had that 4 days before laying in bed and I feel something deep in my ear canal when my partner looked it was one of the balls and the whole plastic bar had fallen out and was wedged right down my ear canal. So in 3 months I have had 3 lots of Jewlery all fall apart and I have to say the staff are always very cold and it seems like it’s an inconvenience when I’ve been in to ask them to put it right. No bedside manner (so to speak) whatsoever. So now I have had a struggle to put the plastic bar back in my ear and secure it with some tape so it doesn’t fall out over night. Tomorrow I’ll be going to find somewhere else to sort it for me. I will definitely not be going back to bodylink nor recommending their substandard service to anyone else.
