As usual the staff within the cafe are lovely but alas this is not the case of the food served I requested a omelette instead all I receive is a over microwaved cooked egg [like rubber] folded over with a few bits of ham and mushrooms put inside this to me is not classified as an omelette and I am sure they are made in a frying pan and not a egg in a microwave I have no intentions of blaming any staff if this is how they are trained, I went into your cafe to have my tea after a hard days work with my partner I then came home and had some soup!!!! this must say it all, may I ask do you have a qualified or trained cook in your cafes If the food matched the staff service I would not hesitate in returning
