Took my partners jeans in as there was a small black mark on the leg and it wouldn't come out when put through a normal wash. I paid £6 for this service. When I got them back the stain was still there, not even faded. It was clear that no attempt had been made to remove it. When I called to complain, I received a very vague answer and it was suggested I call back to see if they can take another look. Not likely! I promptly went to another dry cleaners who advised me how to wash them and with what product. Result= no stain. I used Bubbles a few years ago, asking them to wash a duvet. It came back to me in the same condition as it went in, plus it smelled musty. They clearly haven't upped their game and I will never go back. I will also be telling everyone about my experience. I don't want them ripped off.
