22/10/2016 17:11Very unprofessional, I would not recommend this company at all. They burnt my coat, returned it to me without mentioning the damage. Mislead me, offering a full refund for the cost of the coat and did not honor this. instead, only refunded me half the cost of the coat - which took two weeks to receive. You have been warned, this is not a customer focused business I will not be using their services again.
